Korean Beef & Vegetable Mini-Pancakes

¨ö lb. ground beef
¨ú cup finely chopped vegetables
(onion, green onion, carrot, corn, mushroom, bell pepperˇ¦any vegetable)
¨ö - 1 tsp. salt , 1 tsp. pepper ,3 tsp. sesame oil
3 eggs (use 1 egg for mixing & 2 eggs for dipping)
1. Mix all ingredients well with 1 egg. Make a 1ˇ± size ball & press it to make flat.
2. Dip it into egg (well stirred). Pan fry it with oil over med-low heat until fully cooked.

2-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 ts baking powder, 1/2 ts salt, 3/4 cup butter room temperature
3/4 cup sugar, 2 Ts milk, 1 egg, 1ts vanilla extract
1 cup rolled oats
1. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt.
2. Place in a large mising bowl along with butter, sugar, milk, egg
and vanilla : beat until smooth.
3. Stir in oats. on a floured board, roll the dough to 1/8inch thinkness.
4. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375 F for 15-18 minutes.
